All Active Camps have partnered with Poncho Pay as the new payment method for parents when booking children onto our camp using our existing Kids Club HQ booking system.

What is Poncho Pay? Poncho Pay is a similar system to PayPal, but built specifically for childcare vouchers, tax free childcare and card payments. It allows parents to check out more easily and helps us to reconcile these payments.
Why are we using Poncho Pay? Reconciling payments, particularly those that come from various childcare voucher companies and government tax free childcare takes an enormous amount of time. Unfortunately as well, we lose a considerable amount of money each year through non-attendance and non-payment, which has a knock on effect with days appearing fully booked when there should be availability showing. The major benefit of using Poncho Pay for ourselves, is that it automatically notifies us, and records childcare voucher and government tax free childcare payments so that we have a more up to date picture of whose bookings are not yet confirmed. It is difficult to run a business not always knowing on the day of attendance whether payment has or has not been made. Before Poncho Pay, this situation has been unavoidable.
What payment options are accepted through Poncho Pay? Poncho Pay accepts childcare voucher payments, government tax free childcare payments and credit/debit card payments.
Why do I have to pre-authorise a debit/credit card when paying via childcare vouchers? To ensure your booking can be confirmed, you need to pre-authorise a credit or debit card. This is in case of non-payment or non-attendance. Remember, any bookings cancelled with 14 days notice will receive a 100% refund. After this date, full payment is expected, and card will only be charged if childcare voucher payment isn't received by the first day of attendance.
