1. Cancellation of a booking must be made by calling or messaging 07912 936 361. 2. 100% refund will be given when a minimum of 14 days notice before first day of attendance is provided for cancelled bookings. 3. 50% refund will be given when a minimum of 7 days notice before first day of attendance (and less than 14 days notice) is provided for a cancelled booking. 4. There will be no refund for cancellations made within 7 days of first day of attendance. 5. Any days missed through injury or illness will be held as credit days, for up to 12 months.
