We are able to take bookings for children of all ages from 5 to 14, and while government guidance is changing all the time at the present moment, we do not expect this to change during the October half term.

However we will be strictly limiting numbers to a responsible level in order to keep all children, their family and our staff safe. Children will also be put into consistent groups (based on age) on a daily basis of no more than 15 with no mixing between the groups. Staff will also be expected to self maintain distance from children in their group as much as possible, and from other members of staff.  There will also be a continued extra emphasis on cleaning hands, equipment and the setting. Our number one priority is to continue to prioritise the safeguarding of the children in attendance in a way that also follows all Department For Education guidance to keep everyone safe from the spread of Covid-19 as well.

Parents/Guardians will be expected to wear a face mask when entering inside of a school building during registration & collection.

As per government guidance, Children are not required to wear a mask as the other protective measures in place are a better system for minimising risk. However, should you wish for your child to wear one throughout the day then the staff would ensure that this is done.

Children, their families and our staff should not visit the site if they are showing symptoms of Covid-19 or have had a positive test result within the last 10 days.

Should any children or staff become unwell with symptoms of Covid-19 whilst at our camp, they will be sent home to self isolate for 10 days and arrange for a test. While waiting for collection, children will be moved to a separate room where they can be isolated away from others and PPE will be used by the staff caring for the child. Other children/staff who have been in close contact will only be required to go home if they also show symptoms.

If anyone tests positive for Covid-19 then all children/staff who have been in close contact to the person who tested positive will be asked to self isolate for 14 days.

Please know that we guarantee to refund all remaining bookings that are affected by situations where children have not been able to attend due to Covid-19 self isolation.
